The girls’ tennis teams from Providence Grove and Trinity both finished 9-1 in regular-season Piedmont Athletic Conference play to tie for first place.
Last week, Providence Grove defeated Trinity in a special tiebreaker match to determine the top seed from the conference for the dual team state playoffs.
The PAC Tournament is set for Tuesday at Asheboro Memorial Park.
Providence Grove and Trinity were the only teams with winning records in league play.
