ASHEBORO — The Randleman Tigers fell to the Oak Grove Grizzlies in junior varsity and varsity volleyball action Tuesday night. The JV Tigers lost in 3 sets (22-25, 25-23, 4-15) to . Mollie Hall and Camden Scott had 3 kills each in the loss. The JV team is now 1-1 on the season.
The varsity Tigers lost in 5 sets (25-21, 20-25, 25-20, 21-25, 12-15). Hannah Hinshaw led with 21 kills, 5 aces, and 10 blocks. Kylie Vaughan added 10 kills and 20 digs. Kenzie Roach had 35 assists. Alissa Russ was the top player for the Grizzlies. Randleman fell to 4-2 on the season with the loss.
Randleman hosts rival Asheboro Thursday night. THe JV game starts at 5pm.
