Drive-Thru Food Drive | 10am — 2pm

First Methodist Church sponsors a drive-up food donation event on the last Saturday of each month under the covered drive at the church’s Family Life Center. Donated items benefit local non-profits like CUOC, Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen of Asheboro, Lindley Park Elementary School, Your Choices Randolph, and others.

Bazaar & Craft Fair | 9am — 1pm

Archdale Friends Meeting will host its annual Fall Bazaar and Craft Fair. The event raises funds for school supplies for all Kindergarten students in the five local area elementary schools. 114 Trindale Rd, Archdale.

REMC’s Drive Electric | 9am — noon

October 1, from 9 am to noon at the North Carolina Zoo, Randolph Electric Membership Corporation will sponsor a public event that showcases the clean-air and cost-saving benefits of electric vehicles.
