Final races to determine track titles at Caraway Speedway

SOPHIA – Track championships will be at stake during the final race card of the regular season Saturday night at Caraway Speedway.

Two season-long titles have been decided but three remain to be settled with double points on the line.

Jaxson Casper has wrapped up the 602 Modified title. Mitchell Wright will be the runner-up. Billy Gregg ranks third ahead of Dean Lowder and Rich Hunter.

Rudy Hartley has clinched the Mod 4 title. Jimmy Crigger, Jeff Linkous, Tommy Raino and Jason Garwood round out the top five.

In Challengers, Brody Duggins holds a 96-point lead on Rookie of the Year leader Bryson Pickard.  Duggins needs to have a steady night to wrap up the title. Gary Ledbetter ranks third in standings with Justin Hathcock in fourth and Spinks in fifth.

Jason Richmond has a 31-point lead on Steven Collins in the UCARs division. Josh Phillips had a mathematical chance at the title if either of the two leaders falter. Justin Smith ranks fourth and Jason Gallimore is fifth.  Gallimore holds a 159-point lead on Corbin Payne in the Rookie of the Year chase.

Twelve-year old Bentley Black enters the final Bootleggers division race with a 118-point lead on Bobby Bescher. Corey Rose, Brad Martin and Dalton Miller complete the top five in standings.

Racing in other divisions includes Limited Late Models, the U.S. Legends Cars, Bandoleros, Allison Legacy Cars and a 50-lap Enduro/Any Car chase.

Racing begins at 7 p.m.
