High school football games in Randolph County this week have been moved for a second time to try to find a window of good weather.
Now, the games originally slated for Friday night are set for 6 p.m. Saturday (after a mid-week decision to play those Thursday night was scrapped because of more weather-related concerns).
There are just two games involving county teams this week as five other teams all are scheduled to be off. Game times have been adjusted.
These are the final non-conference games for any teams in the county prior to conference play beginning next week.
Saturday night’s games
Asheboro (2-2) at Southwestern Randolph (2-2)
Parkwood (2-2) at Eastern Randolph (4-0)
