It’s tight atop the Piedmont Athletic Conference boys’ basketball schedule near the midway mark of the league slate. Trinity suffered its first PAC loss of the season when host Eastern Randolph won 81-77 in Friday night’s game at Ramseur. That was a rematch of last February’s PAC Tournament championship game on the same court, with the Wildcats winning that one as well. Eastern Randolph also entered this week with just one PAC defeat.
