His young daughter, Ophie, was diagnosed with cancer in 2023 and her ongoing care was central to Timmons’ decision. “Time is an extremely valuable commodity for all of us. Hernandez, a junior forward, had racked up 48 goals through the early rounds of the state playoffs. He also rated second among Southwestern Randolph players with 24 assists. ASHEBORO – A passenger of a truck that made access to property at Asheboro Regional Airport died as a result of injuries sustained in a wreck on the airport grounds. Police said.
