The undefeated squads rolled in their respective league openers Friday night. The Wildcats (3-0) notched their second road shutout of the season. Southern Lee fell to 1-1. Eastern Randolph blocked a Southern Lee field-goal attempt before scoring the first points of the game. As a senior for the Patriots during the baseball season, he landed a spot on the All-Piedmont Athletic Conference team. The captain was a pitcher and infielder for the Patriots.
